Our Testing & Editorial Philosophy
We believe desktop machining should be approachable, predictable, and honest. Every machine and accessory we evaluate goes through methodical bench testing before we write a single conclusion. We do not evaluate tools by skimming user manuals; we test them against dense hardwoods, engineering plastics, and non-ferrous metals to see where they excel and where they stall.
